Responsibilities: 

·         Facilities and property management

·         Sales Office operation support and expense management

Requirements:

  

§         Male/ female, 28 – 35 years old 

§        Min. S1 from reputable university, preferably in Engineering/ Architecture/ Business Administration 

§         Min. 2 - 3 years experience in the same field 

§         Literate in English and Microsoft Office skills 

§         Knowledge in contract management, project management, maintenance planning & scheduling, expense management & budgeting 

§         Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, problem solving, and managerial skills , with service oriented attitude 

 

Bancassurance Business Development Manager (Code: Ban-Dev)

Requirements:

  

·         Bachelor Degree from a reputable university

·         Have work experience in Insurance Company or Bancassurance division in reputable banks

·         Fluent in English both oral and written

·         Strong computer, presentation, and communication skills

·         High level of integrity and commitment with pro-active and positive attitude

·         Possess strong analytical, logical, and systematical thinking

Bancassurance Sales Manager (Code: Ban-Sales)

Responsibilities:

 

·        Solicit potential bank partners, maintain existing relationships, presentation of products, generating sales

 

Requirements:

·         Have work experience in Insurance Company or Banks

·         Fluent in English both oral and written

·         Strong presentation and communication skills

Trainer & Recruiter Supervisor (Code: Age)

 

Requirements:

 

·         Min. S1 graduate from reputable universities

·         Min. 2 years working experience, preferably as Agency Trainer & Recruiter in Life Insurance Company

·         Good command in English and strong Microsoft Office

·         Good communication , interpersonal, and presentation skills, with high analytical thinking

·         Possess strong capability to work as a team with target oriented culture

·         To be located in Jakarta, Batam, Yogyakarta, Surabaya, & Makassar

 

Actuarial

 

Requirements:

 

·         S1 from reputable university in Mathematics, Statistics, or related area, with minimum IPK of 2.75 (Scale 4.00).

·         Minimum 3 years experience in Actuarial (for Assistant Manager); or 2 years (for Supervisor); or fresh graduate with Firm foundations in Calculus, basic Statistics, or other related Actuarial subjects are encouraged to apply (for staff)

·        Qualified as an Associate (ASAI) of Persatuan Aktuaris Indonesia is an advantage (for Assistant Manager)

·         Good understanding in MS Excel, and any actuarial tools (Prophet) is an advantage

·         Good command in English, both oral and written

·         Good analytical and problem solving skills

·         Hard worker, good team work, and eager to learn

Investment Assistant Manager (Code: Inv)

  

Requirements:

 

·         Min. S1 in Accounting

·         Min. 3-4 years work experience in Investment Management/ Financial Management functions

·         With WMI Bapepam License is an advantage

·         Good skills & knowledge in Ms. Office application, especially Ms. Excel

·         Good command in English

·         Good analytical and problem solving skills

Senior Officer for Group Insurance

Responsibility:

The staff will manage the sales application until realised business. The task encompasses managing the business relationship with bank partner. He/She will be responsible to conduct presentation if needed and accordingly assist the departement head.

 

Requirements:

·         Bachelor Degree from a reputable university

·         Have working experience in Life Insurance and/or Financial Services industry is an advantage

·         Good command in English & computer literate

Compliance Officer (Code: Comp)

 Responsibilities:

·         To ensure that all business practices by the Company are in compliance with regulatory requirement, Internal Policies and Procedures.

Requirements:

·         Min. Bachelor degree in accounting/ legal

·         Min 2-3 years experience in internal audit/compliance/risk management in Life Insurance and/or Financial Services industry is an advantage

·         Good knowledge in MS Office (Min. Word, Excel, Power Point and Visio)

·         Strong analytical and problem solving skill

Information Technology Staff (Code: IT)

Requirements:

·         Min. S1 Degree in IT or equivalent from reputable universities

·         Able to learn new technologies very quickly and resolve any problems involved in integrating new technologies

·         Familiar with application programming, such as Delphi, VB (VB6 & VBNet), Web Application, SQL Server, preferably familiar with Crystal Reports and MySQL (for Development) and Client-Server Programming, N-Tier Concept, and Script (for Helpdesk Engineer)

 

Business Process Staff (Code: BP)

Responsibilities:

 

 ·        Identify process bottlenecks within existing processes and develop applicable recommendations

Requirements:

·         Min. S1 in any major from reputable university

·         Having knowledge in business process and project management

·         Good understanding and knowledge on Microsoft Office

·         Good command in English

·         Good team work, communication and interpersonal skills, eager to learn

 

Accounting Senior Staff/Supervisor

Requirements:

Administration Staff

Requirements:

·         D3/S1 any major (fresh graduate are encouraged to apply)

Requirements:
